Spiral Wound Gaskets

Product Description

Spiral wound steel gaskets are frequently used in environments where pressure and temperature are high. Depending on the working conditions, they are manufactured using different windings (304SS, 316SS, 316L, etc.) and filler materials (PTFE, Pure Graphite, etc.). Depending on the place of use and pressure limits, they are produced in a winding form only (without inner and outer rings), with an inner ring, and with both inner and outer rings.

Measurement Options

The most commonly used types, featuring 304SS winding material, special painted carbon steel outer rings, and pure graphite filler, are kept in stock up to sizes of 12” and DN300 in both DIN (as PN16 and PN40) and ANSI standards (as 150lb and 300lb). Requests for gaskets in all other standard or non-standard sizes can be accommodated.
